Regarding Reservations
Where can I make a reservation?
You can book directly on our website.

Reservations are accepted from 3 months up to 2 days prior to your stay.
How many people can stay?
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each with two double beds (up to 4 guests per room). Preschool children are not counted toward the occupancy.
Can I increase or decrease the number of people after making a reservation?
Yes. Please contact us to change the number of guests. Increases are allowed up to the maximum of 8 guests; for decreases, a cancellation fee may apply.
Can I change my stay dates after making a reservation?
Please contact us by phone or email. Changes may not be possible depending on availability.
Is there a cancellation fee?
30 days prior: 20% / 14 days prior: 50% / 7 days prior: 100% / No-shows: 100%.
If I cancel, when will I receive my refund?
Once we have processed your cancellation, the timing of your refund depends on your credit card company’s rules. Please check with your card company for details.
Regarding Check-in & Check-out
How do I check in and check out?
Our villa uses an unmanned self check-in system. After completing the online pre check-in before your stay, you will receive an information email at 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the on-site check-in (including facial recognition), and use the key code shown to enter the villa.
At check-out, you will also receive an email with instructions. Please follow the directions and leave the villa by 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in/late check-out possible?
We’re sorry, but we do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.
Can I send luggage in advance?
We do not have on-site staff, so advance delivery cannot be accepted. Please arrange delivery after check-in time and receive it yourself.
If I stay for multiple nights, will cleaning be done?
As a rule, there is no mid-stay cleaning or linen change. Please use the in-room washer/dryer if needed.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. We have fiber-optic internet and a wireless router; online meetings and remote work should be possible without issue.
Is there a TV?
Yes. There is one TV in the living room.
Is there a washing machine?
A drum-type washer/dryer and laundry detergent are provided.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available for up to 5 cars.

Is there a place where I can buy ingredients?
The nearest supermarket is Mini Fresh Takeno, open 7:00–22:00.
Can I BBQ?
Please use the tabletop portable stove and hot plate on the outside deck. Local regulations prohibit BBQs, bonfires, and any open flame on the beach or outside the villa.
Can I BBQ even if it rains?
Light rain is acceptable as umbrellas are provided; however, BBQ is prohibited in stormy weather or strong winds for safety reasons.
Can I bring a BBQ grill?
For fire-prevention reasons, bringing BBQ equipment, portable stoves, charcoal grills, candles, or other fire sources is prohibited.
Can I take dishes and glasses outside?
Please refrain from taking items outside the villa.
Do you have seasonings?
Salt and pepper are provided. Please bring any other items you may need.
Are there vending machines or drinks?
There are no vending machines or drinks provided, so please bring your own beverages.
Do you have children’s tableware?
We provide about two sets of children’s cutlery.
House Rules
Can only minors use the villa?
Minors cannot stay without a guardian.
Can I stay with pets?
Pets are strictly prohibited. If a pet is brought in without permission, the full cost of cleaning and deodorization will be charged.
Is smoking allowed indoors?
The entire villa is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Smoking is permitted only at the outdoor ashtray behind the property.
What should I do if I damage or lose furniture or fixtures?
Please notify us immediately of any damage or stains. Depending on the situation, insurance may apply. If not reported, insurance will not cover it and you will be charged the full restoration cost. In cases of intentional or negligent damage, compensation for business interruption may also be charged.
Can I do fireworks or bonfires?
Fireworks may be enjoyed on the beach in front of the villa. Please extinguish and dispose of fireworks properly in a bucket of water. Out of respect for neighbors, please refrain from fireworks after 9:00 PM. Bonfires are prohibited by local regulations.
Surroundings
Is there cell phone service in the area?
Mobile phone signals may be weak in the Kirihama area depending on the carrier and location.
Are there sightseeing spots nearby?
Scenic spots such as Yodo Cave and Hasakari Rock are located on the beach in front of the villa. Other nearby attractions include Kinosaki Onsen and Genbudo Cave.
