About the Self Check-in System
Our villa uses an unmanned self check-in system. Before your stay, please complete the online pre check-in by filling out the guest registration form and uploading an image of your ID and a facial photo. After your identity has been verified on site, you will be able to enter the villa.
Accommodation Rates
Rates are calculated as:
Base Rate (up to 2 guests) + Additional Guests (ages 6+) + Cleaning Fee ¥8,800.
Cleaning Fee
Flat ¥8,800 ｜ incl. tax
- ＊1：Preschool children (5 and under) are not counted toward the total number of guests.
- ＊2：Children 5 and under stay free of charge.
- ＊3：Pre-Holiday = the night before a public holiday in Japan.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made via the reservation page or by phone. Free until 31 days before the scheduled stay. After that, cancellation fees apply:

1st Floor
The flat-floor dining kitchen and outdoor deck are seamlessly connected through full-height openings, creating a space where you can always enjoy the seaside air. The deck also functions as the entrance and includes a jacuzzi and shower—perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
